Staff Benefits

JINLI offers you a warm family! Employee support is an important aspect of our company policy, each of our employees can enjoy a series of staff benefits as below:

1.  Accommodation. Employees can apply for dormitories, and enjoy a certain degree of electricity and water subsidy from the company every month. Special solution can be considered for unique case!

2.  Canteen. We share part of the payment of lunch and dinner for staffs who dinning in the factory canteen.

3.  Social Insurance. We would buy social insurance for employees after probation.

4.  Reimbursable expenditure. We offer reimbursement of allowances for her staffs about a business trip, telephone charge, buying a car, etc.

5. Traveling & holidays. Every year, we would arrange annual traveling for employees who work over two years in our family. Precondition no bad influence on normal working system, employees who work for us over 3 years would have 6 days of extra holidays annually, who work for over 6 years would have 8 days, and who work for 8 years would have 10 days. Beneficiary staffs including: managers and assistant managers of different departments, engineers, QC team supervisors, accountants, treasurers and workshop supervisors for different workshops.
